Overview

The Teradek RT MDR-MB Wireless Lens Control Kit provides premium lens control without a lot of power or fuss setting up. It includes a 4-axis wireless controller with a large focus knob, slider control, and A/B knobs. Map your inputs to focus, iris, zoom, or 3D functions while also having control over START/STOP on select cameras from ARRI, Blackmagic, Phantom Flex, RED, Sony, and other LANC-compatible systems. Wired operation is an option as backup and you can view all your settings on an easy-to-read OLED display. It is powered by Canon LP-E6/E6N batteries (included) with a runtime of up to 36 hours. Powering by USB is also an option.

Paired with the lens controller is a mini receiver, which has a half mile wireless range suitable for drone usage. It will drive up to two lens motors. Radio frequency wireless can be used to control lenses while special integration with RED's DSMC2/DSMC systems (note: not DSMC3) provides camera control (when paired with the Foolcontrol app).

The motor itself is smooth and quiet, even during high-torque moves, thanks to a built-in heatsink and electronic backlash compensation. This ensures you won't experience cogs, sparks, or skips. The height-adjustable rod bracket provides ultimate flexibility when mounting to your setup. A 0.8-mode lens gear is included.
