The Sony VG-C4EM Grip is compatible to the following cameras:

It extends (with one battery) or doubles (with two batteries) your shooting time (batteries not included). The grip allows the camera to use up one battery at a time and spares can be hot-swapped without interrupting recording. The grip can also improve shooting ergonomics, as the shooting dials are repeated on the grip for a more natural position when shooting vertically. Batteries can be charged in the grip while attached to your camera via its USB port (USB cable not included – camera must be turned off while charging). This grip is ideal for long shooting days or for those seeking to bulk up their camera bodies for better ergonomics and comfort when shooting in vertical orientation.
