The Sigma fp is an extremely small and lightweight full frame mirrorless system that uses L mount lenses as part of the L Mount Alliance (consisting of Leica, Sigma, and Panasonic). Here are some of the standout features of this unique little camera:

Pro Cinema Inspiration

Sigma borrowed design elements from pro cinema cameras and integrated a large heat sink between the LCD and the camera body. A special coating has been added to the outer surface of the body, allowing the camera to achieve very effective heat dissipation. Hollywood-style color grading has been incorporated as well, with the option to shoot in a "Teal and Orange" mode that can be used for both recording and photos. This camera also offers a Director's Viewfinder function, which allows you to simulate different angles of view and overall "looks" from the perspective of other cinema cameras, including the ALEXA Mini, the RED MONSTRO 8K, the Sony Venice, and more.

Expansive Control Over Exposure

Enjoy Sigma's proprietary image development software, Fill Light, which is incorporated right in the camera. This allows you to adjust brightness of only the shadow regions while preserving the rest of your image. There are also easy Tone and Color buttons for quick access to the tone control and color mode menus for both recordings and photos.

Functional and Beautiful UI and Form Factor

Sigma optimized their UI specifically for switching between Still mode and Cine mode with just a flick of a switch. There are specially-designed operation systems for each mode. The camera sports a full-time electronic shutter to eliminate shake and to simplify the entire structure of the camera. The body is fitted with 1/4"-20 mounting points on both sides as well as the bottom for ultimate flexibility with accessories.

The Sigma fp provides incredible possibilities in a form factor that's extremely travel-friendly. It is ideal for events, vacations, journalism, and more.
