Overview

The Really Right Stuff L84 Fore-Aft Plate pairs well with the Really Right Stuff BH-55 Full Size Ballhead and Really Right Stuff BH-40 Mid-Size Ballhead (rentable separately). Those ballheads each come with their own BP-CS plate but this plate is longer and designed for use with the rotating feet of telephoto and super telephoto lenses. It features simple, square anti-twist flanges for a perfect fit that prevents twisting between your lens foot and the plate and it also comes with (2) M3 Safety Stop screws to prevent any accidental release. This plate is a good addition to your Really Right Stuff setup when using long lenses.

  • This plate pairs well with the Really Right Stuff BH-55 Full Size Ballhead and Really Right Stuff BH-40 Mid-Size Ballhead but may be a bit too long for the Really Right Stuff BH-30 Compact Ballhead. All 3 of those ballheads come with their own BP-CS plate but this plate is heftier and may be more suitable for your setup.
  • This plate is of a standard Arca-Swiss type but use with non-Really Right Stuff ballheads is at your own risk.
