Overview

The Photoflex Bowens S-Mount speedring is designed for pairing Profoto RFi softboxes with Bowens S-mount lighting fixtures, like that found on Aputure Light Storms.

This speedring will fit other rod-based softboxes as well but a few warnings: this might not provide a perfect fit for all softboxes since some rods are either slightly too long or too short, making your softbox appear a little slack or be stretched too much. Also, this speedring will slip onto your light head but might not have the best grip because it does not lock down. So this might not be a good choice for top-down lighting.

To use the speedring, line the rods of your softbox (softbox not included) to the holes of the speedring like building a tent. Bending the rods to fit is normal.
