Overview

The Manfrotto 454 Micrometric Sliding Plate is a small, fully manual rail system for precise focusing control when doing macro or copy work. It has approximately 1.5mm of travel per knob turn and allows you to adjust distance to subject within .1mm. Please note that this has no lateral adjustment. It will attach to tripods or quick release plates with either 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 mounting points on the sliding block. Your camera will attach directly to the rail system without the need for an additional plate.
