Overview
The iRig MIDI 2 Universal MIDI Interface is a portable unit for connecting MIDI instruments and devices to your phone or laptop/desktop. Despite its small size, the iRig is equipped with standard-sized ports and will accept any standard MIDI cable. Use the In port for external keyboards and controllers, use the Out port to control external hardware from your mobile device/laptop, and use the Thru port to send MIDI data to multiple instruments at once. It works with a wide variety of apps, including GarageBand, Cubasis, Auria, Beat Maker 2, and so many more.
