Overview

For an updated version of this camera, see the X-T30 or the X-T30 II.

The Fuji X-T20 packs high-powered hybrid shooting inside a sleek and lightweight design. The X-T20 lacks an optical low-pass (anti-aliasing) filter. Under normal shooting circumstances, the optical low-pass filter prevents the instance of moire patterns from showing up in your images of tight-patterned objects, such as fabrics. The benefit of removing these anti-aliasing properties for the X-T20 is maximum sharpness for raw files, optimized for landscape or simply extreme detail-style shooting. Additionally, the X-Trans sensor more closely mimics the organic nature of film in order to produce nuanced colors and smooth tonal transitions. Enjoy extended ISO sensitivity, a super quick 14 frames per second shooting speed, and internal UHD 4K recording. For video shooting, continuous autofocus performance has been optimized for improved moving subject tracking and overall accuracy.

The retro-inspired body design incorporates a tilting 3" touchscreen LCD, which can be tapped for easy and intuitive focusing adjustments while images can be pinched-to-zoom and swiped during playback. This camera maintains the Advanced Filters that many Fuji users know and love, including Provia, Velvia, and Astia film simulations. It also features a refined Classic Chrome mode that is similar to that of dated slide film and a new ACROS mode that outperforms previous Monochrome modes. Film Simulation modes are available even while recording 4K video. In keeping with the retro style, the X-T20 is equipped with dial-based controls, allowing for full manual operation of shutter, exposure compensation, and drive, among other settings. Other features include built-in interval shooting, 5 moving-subject autofocus presets, and a high-magnification EVF. The X-T20 is ideal for events, wildlife, sports, travel, and multimedia projects.
