The Canon XF405 is an all-in-one camcorder that can shoot 4K UHD footage at 60p and slow motion up to 120 FPS in Full HD. Here are some of the other important features of the XF405:

  • Built-in 25.5-382.5mm (equivalent) lens with 15x optical zoom and a 9-blade iris which aids in producing artistic and beautiful out-of-focus areas.
  • 5-axis image stabilization as well as Dual Pixel CMOS AF technology to ensure proper focus is always maintained, even in unpredictable "run and gun" news or documentary-type shooting situations.
  • 4 channels of audio with manual/automatic recording levels and two XLR inputs for external microphones (mics not included).
  • Expansive I/O including HDMI 2.0 and 3G-SDI out, plus support for dual recording to SD memory cards (cards not included).
  • IP-based HD streaming with H.264 compression.
