Overview

The Fuji GFX 100S gives you unparalleled control over your art with a 102MP ultra-high resolution sensor, 4K video recording, and access to a whole fleet of extremely high quality GF lenses (not included). Here are the top features of this high-end system:

  • 43.8 x 32.9mm BSI CMOS sensor and X-Processor 4 for 16-bit raw imagery with a broad dynamic range and a sophisticated hybrid AF system with 425 phase-detection points.
  • 400MP files that combine 16 raw files using Pixel Shift Multi-Shot mode for extreme detail of still subjects. This is supported by a robust in-body image stabilization system with a three-axis accelerometer, three-axis gyro sensor, and a dedicated dual processor. This camera is also equipped with a Digital Stabilization feature (with a 1.1x crop factor.
  • 100% frame coverage from 425 phase detection AF points, plus Face/Eye Detection AF.
  • 4:2:2 10-bit and 12-bit ProRes Raw out recording options or internal 4K recording up to 120 minutes using the full width of the medium format imaging sensor.
  • 19 beautiful film simulations, including the latest Nostalgic Neg which recreates the look of images in old photo albums.
  • A newly designed Focus Lever, which is flatter and more comfortable plus it received a new firmware patch for much more accurate performance over the older model.

With a redesigned shutter unit that is 15% lighter, a smaller and lighter IBIS system, an upgraded grip, improved joystick, expanded recording time, and overall 30% reduction in size, the Fuji GFX 100S is a welcome improvement over its predecessor. Please note, however, that the GFX 100S does not offer the same interchangeable EVF as the GFX 100.
