The Westcott 1x1 Flex Daylight LED Mat Kit is a versatile, lightweight, water-resistant flexible mat LED panel for pro filmmakers, cinematographers, and photographers. This is the updated version of the Westcott Flex 1-Light Daylight Kit. This light produces a powerful, accurate 5600K output with amazing color readouts without green or magenta spikes. It comes with a 1/4-stop diffusion cloth and can be molded into an arc for product photography or portrait fill or wrapped around a column for video scenes. There is a pliable wire inside the frame that allows this panel to hold its form.

A note about using this light in water: the AC power supply is not waterproof, so this rental comes with a dimmer extension cable to provide distance between the panel itself and the power source so that the AC power supply can stay dry while the panel can be placed safely in a wet environment. It is not recommended that you submerge the panel. It is merely suitable for rain or splashes.

The Westcott 1x1 Flex Daylight LED Mat puts out almost no heat, even after hours of use. It also draws very little power and can be paired with broadcast-style batteries with an optional D-tap/P-tap adapter (not included). Thanks to the included clamp/stand combo unit, this mat can be mounted just about anywhere. The X-Bracket has flexible arms that securely slip into the corners of the mat. It attaches to the clamp/stand combo unit via a ballhead for extremely precise positioning.
