Tilta 15mm VCT-U14 Quick Release Baseplate consists of a BS-T03 baseplate that locks into an included VCT-style tripod adapter, allowing you to quickly switch between a shoulder-mounted setup and a locked-off tripod setup. The VCT-U14 adapter can screw into just about any tripod either via the legs directly or onto a quick release plate. You can then remove the baseplate as needed and lock back into the tripod adapter with ease and security. Please note that this setup does not include hand grips. 15mm LWS-compatible grips will need to be added if desired or you can get a complete Tilta Universal Handgrip with Quick Release Baseplate kit here.
