Important Things to Consider

• Your rental begins when the first delivery attempt is made. If you do not think you’ll be available for home delivery, please contact us to arrange for delivery to another location.

• Your rental must be returned to its pick up location or postmarked by your shipper before the same day cut-off time. Contact the location you’ll be bringing the return package to in advance to find out what the same day cut-off time is. Remember, local pickup spots and ship centers have varied hours!

• For your security, get a receipt from whoever you are dropping your gear off with for return.

The Profoto 500W/s D1 Air Studio Monolight Kit is an all-in-one kit that is ideal for studio shooting. The included Profoto Air Remote attaches to your hot shoe and communicates directly with the monolight’s built-in radio receiver for easy wireless triggering with a range of up to 1000'. Also included are light stands, umbrellas, and a carrying case. The flashes fire at up to 1/2600th of a second, which is fast enough to freeze a wide range of fast moving subjects subjects, and also recycle quickly so you don’t miss a shot. The shape of the monolights, with their built-in protective reflectors, accommodate Profoto speedrings which attach to a variety of rod-based light modifiers (not included).

Pocket Wizards are not included. A minimum of 2 Pocket Wizards with a 1/8th-1/8th sync cable must be rented to wirelessly fire this kit without using the included Profoto Air Remote.
  • • The Profoto Air Remote requires 2 x AAA batteries which might not be included. Prepare accordingly.
