The Core SWX HyperCore SLIM RED V-Mount Battery Kit comes with (2) HyperCore V-mount batteries designed to RED's communication protocol (will show exact battery percentage in your RED viewfinder) and (1) Core SWX 2-position simultaneous charging bay, which acts as an AC adapter for DC batteries in addition to being a V-mount battery charger. The batteries in this kit are a lower capacity and about an inch slimmer than the ones in the Core SWX HyperCore RED V-Mount Battery Kit. These SLIM versions are designed for gimbal applications and will clear most gimbal rails. Each battery features a large LCD that shows time, grid, and run-time/capacity percentages. Each will run a RED, on average, for 50 minutes. These HyperCore RED batteries can be used on non-RED V-mount supporting cameras but with only basic (or possibly no) information communicated to the viewfinder. This kit is ideal for RED V-mount system shooters who need lower-profile broadcast batteries.
