How it Works
We’re proud to offer a variety of pickup locations all over the US! All pickup locations minus the headquarters in San Carlos, CA and Waltham, MA are simply distribution centers with no inventory of rental items, no access to billing, and are not experts on the gear you are renting. Please contact us directly with any questions regarding your rental. Click here for a list of our partner pickup and drop-off points.

Placing an Order for Pickup
Simply place the order through our website like you normally would. In the "Shipping Option" section, please select "Local Pickup in XXXXX". Please note that you must drop off at the same location where you initially picked up.

How to Pickup
The cardholder is the only person who can pickup an order. If the cardholder cannot pickup, it is possible to verify an alternate person to pick up for the cardholder. To set this up, the cardholder will need to fill out and return this authorization form before the rental leaves our headquarters. All alternate party pickups must have a completed authorization form, and are subject to approval by the verifications department. Additionally, the cardholder or alternate party will need to provide a state-issued picture ID and the credit card when picking-up.

Other than our headquarter locations in San Carlos, CA and Waltham, MA - Every pickup/drop-off point requires a courier fee ranging from $15 to $25.

Returning to a different pickup location
Due to the complications of returning to a different pickup location, your rental will be subject to a 25% fee. The 25% will be calculated from the TOTAL COST of your rental. If you are unable to return to the location where you initially picked up, you must contact us for approval.

Pickup and Ship Back
If you’d like to pickup at our headquarters or a partner location, but ship back instead of dropping off, we can accommodate you. Please let us know ahead of time so we can make the necessary adjustments to your account. You will need to supply us with tracking information after you purchase a 2 day return label from the carrier of your choice.
