Important Things to Consider

• Your rental begins when the first delivery attempt is made. If you do not think you’ll be available for home delivery, please contact us to arrange for delivery to another location.

• Your rental must be returned to its pick up location or postmarked by your shipper before the same day cut-off time. Contact the location you’ll be bringing the return package to in advance to find out what the same day cut-off time is. Remember, local pickup spots and ship centers have varied hours!

• For your security, get a receipt from whoever you are dropping your gear off with for return.

Has there been an emergency? We understand. Please communicate your issue with us as soon as humanly possible so that we may properly address your needs with regards to your order. We are available by email, live chat, and by telephone during standard business hours.

Applying For a New Account

If you'd like to apply for a PO Account, please follow the guide below:

1. Set-up Form: Please fill out this form, and follow the directions to submit your request. We will be in touch within 3-5 business days after submission. For a PO account to be approved, the e-mail used as the username must be from the company requesting the account.

2. Tax Exempt: If you are selecting tax exempt on the form you must provide a resale certificate or other form of documentation to confirm the tax exempt status before the order ships or is ready to be picked up. If you do not provide this, or you inform us of tax exempt status after your order has had it's status changed to "shipped" we are unfortunately unable to refund the tax. It can be claimed on your return for a refund when your taxes are filed.

3. Certificate of Insurance: If you have insurance, please have a certificate generated which lists Shutterfly, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary BorrowLenses.com As 'loss payee' and 'additionally insured'. Please send the completed certificate along with the set-up sheet to Accounts@BorrowLenses.com.

4. Approval: If the PO Account request is approved, we will email to confirm. At that time you may submit your reservation as normal via the website, and reference your PO # instead of entering a card # upon check-out. Orders without verifiable PO numbers will be cancelled. If the PO Account request is not approved, we will email to let you know we will not be able to accept PO payments for your account.
