Important Things to Consider

• Your rental begins when the first delivery attempt is made. If you do not think you’ll be available for home delivery, please contact us to arrange for delivery to another location.

• Your rental must be returned to its pick up location or postmarked by your shipper before the same day cut-off time. Contact the location you’ll be bringing the return package to in advance to find out what the same day cut-off time is. Remember, local pickup spots and ship centers have varied hours!

• For your security, get a receipt from whoever you are dropping your gear off with for return.

Has there been an emergency? We understand. Please communicate your issue with us as soon as humanly possible so that we may properly address your needs with regards to your order. We are available by email, live chat, and by telephone during standard business hours.

Who We Ship With
We're proud to offer options for both UPS and FedEx! Please note that we do the bulk of our shipments with UPS.

When We Ship
We ship Monday through Friday. For orders shipping out on the same day, we can accept overnight orders before 1:00pm PST and standard shipments before 4:00pm PST. Please know that the estimated shipping time does not include weekends or holidays for FedEx and UPS.

Is Signature Required?
Yes, a signature is required on all packages for security purposes.

Where We Ship
We are proud to offer shipping within the whole Unites States (all 50 states, not including Puerto Rico or Guam). Hawaii and Alaska take an extra day, so our overnight option takes 2 days, and standard takes 3 for arrival. We do not ship to PO Boxes. For Canadian rentals, try our friends at Lens Lenders who exclusively service the country up north. For prospective customers residing in Germany, Zoomy Rentals does a great job and we recommend them wholeheartedly! Also, we are unfortunately unable to ship to APOs/FPOs/DPOs or any foreign US military bases.

Shipping Methods
Please note that our rentals do not automatically include shipping rates. The shipping cost will be calculated upon check-out. Our rates are round-trip, unless you are purchasing an item. Purchases will include a complementary return label, should you decide to return. We offer standard and overnight services with the option of next day air, 2 day air AM services, and Saturday delivery for an extra fee. Both UPS and FedEx offer Saturday delivery for $40 extra per package (Note: Saturday deliveries may not be available in all areas). Please contact us for more information about these services!

Time of Delivery
• Standard Shipping Services: you can expect your package by the end of the business day. In some cases if you're located in a rural area, the carrier has a technical difficulty, or it's around the holidays, delivery times may vary to as late at 8pm. 
• Rush Shipping Services: delivery is by the end of the business day. In some cases if you're located in a rural area, the carrier has a technical difficulty, or it's around the holidays, delivery times for standard and overnight shipments may vary to as late at 8pm. 
• Rush Shipping AM and Standard AM Services: Typically offers a delivery time by 10:30am but select areas may deliver as late as 12:00pm.

Late Delivery
If your order arrives late, contact us ASAP for assistance.

For the vast majority of orders, the carrier will arrive on time so you should not have to worry. We still recommend giving yourself a 1-3 day buffer if you have a date that cannot be missed such as a wedding or vacation abroad. From time to time things do happen that prevent the carrier from delivering on time, though this is a VERY small fraction of orders.

What to do After Delivery
We recommend inspecting each item for anything abnormal, and double check your invoice to ensure everything was delivered as planned. If your package ever arrives in a less than perfect state, please contact us immediately! We just want to make sure that you have working gear and that you are never charged for a small subpart which was accidentally missed.

Missing Products or Accessories
Take a deep breath, we're here to help! We strive for perfection, but on a rare occasion, something does go wrong with an item not ending up in the package as planned. If an item is missing, please contact us within 3 hours after delivery.
