GoPro's HD HERO2 is an updated and upgraded version of the remarkable HD Hero wearable video and still camera. Compared to its predecessor, the HD Hero 2 sports double the resolution, more LED indicators, a more intuitive menu system, more video options and more connection ports (mini-HDMI and external mic).

For video this camera will shoot at 1080p at 30fps, 960p at 30 or 48fps, 720p at 30 or 60fps, and 480p at 60 or 120fps. It can also record time-lapse in variable intervals, and features the same 2.5 hour battery life as the previous version.
