Description
The Sony 24-70mm f/2.8 Carl Zeiss T* Lens is a professional-grade bright zoom lens specifically designed for the Sony Alpha SLR series. It follows a compact, lightweight design and offers a wide-angle to medium telephoto range, which makes it ideal for a wide range of shooting applications.

The constant aperture makes this lens ideal for video and the wide open aperture of f/2.8 allows for shooting in dim lit situations. If you want the actual 24-70mm range you can use this with the Sony A900 but with every other Sony camera you would be shooting with a cropped sensor making the range 42mm to 114mm.

Aaron: THis is a fantastic lens, as you can read in many other online reviews. The lens is not light, but isn't a problem to carry around all day if you have a strap or side bag. It is super sharp, and has great bokeh. It was so amazing to me how big a difference the lens makes - after renting it - I bought this lens for my own personal collection.
