Chris: This unit was awesome. Used it with my Nikon SB-700 flash to excellent effect. The only problem was that it didn't allow the flash to enter the mount all the way. About 1/4 of the mount stuck out and thus the flash was loose. My assistant had to hold it on there, and once the flash fell out, hitting the pavement! For some reason my SB-400 fits fine, but they need to re-evaluate it for the other flashes.
