Garrett: This was my first rental and my first Sigma lens. I have owned the Canon 35mm L series and this lens was better in all respects. The focusing method is more consistent although it suffered as much in difficult circumstances (low light on a dance floor with lasers). It is built solid, very sharp image results and I loved the manual focus ring. I would highly recommend this lens for any photography especially weddings. I used this on my Canon 7D so it was more like a 50mm for me. My experience with Borrow Lens as been phenomenal. They shipped on time, packed it well and provided the return shipping label. What more can you expect?
