alibaba: This lens is one of the sharpest lenses I ever tried, and its all metal body feels super sturdy and well made with a super smooth and long focus ring. Although it doesn't have auto-focus, it still communicates with canon cameras and you get the beep and the visual indication in your viewfinder when your focused, but it's definitely not for moving objects as it's impossible to stay focused using the ring. The bokeh on this lens is buttery smooth and probably the second best I've tried after the canon's own 85mm F1.2L. It's perfect for portraits and also macro shots, so don't be scared of the manual focus and rent this all metal and glass beast!
