Kelly: I can't afford to own this lens yet, but believe me, I will definitely own it when I can. I liked the speed of the focus, the smooth adjustments, and the colors. I don't find chromatic abberation or softening at the edges; my shots look great. Now to get the three kids out of college so I can buy then lens! =)

Joe: Loved this lens and Borrowlenses.com in general. I used this lens whiile in Hocking Hills, Ohio. I read up on this lens before using it and as long as you pay attention to the sun's location you can avoid the flaring I've heard so much about, even shooting wide open. The lens was even sharper than expected although I ended up manually focusing on my D7000 because the lens seemed to hunt around at times. I highly recommend this lens and am currently saving up for my own copy. I will be using this website in the future to rent lenses I am either considering buying or specialty lenses I might find myself needing.
