Danny: I've used lots of different cowbells in my photography in the past, and this one left me wanting. I tried different sticks with plastic and wooden tips to get me just the right exposure. I tried holding it at different angles as well to get better reflections. In the end, I think something with a more earthy tone is just my style. Your style may be different, and that makes rental a good choice until you find what's right for you. When you find the one you like, your pictures will resonate. Renter beware! DOES NOT INCLUDE DRUMSTICK!!!
Peter O: I've been using this for my street photography. It's very good at getting candid shots; everyone starts staring at me while I play the cowbell, and no one looks at the camera! But be warned: this is also a medical drug, so don't overdose on it! I'll give it five stars if they can make it a bit safer.
phobob: Wow! the More Cowbell is an awesome light modifier to add to your arsenal. Think of it as a snoot on steroids. Application can be a bit awkward but if you can make it work it rocks. I mostly use it for fashion shoots even though it can sometimes dumbfound the models(what doesn't?) I imagine you could also use it for a creative portrait approach; rumor has it that Avedon always had one by his side. I guarantee you've never used a modifier like it and you never will.
Daniel: LMAO. This is excellent
RaySFla: You have to admit, BL has a sense of humor. "I gotta fever, and the only prescription, is more cowbell!" haha classic.

Chad: This is the only thing you really need to take your photography to the next level. Forget bodies, lenses and post processing. This is the secret. Especially for photojournalists and street photogs. You can not go wrong with this. You will need a second shooter and/or assistant to give you that "more cowbell" experience though, they should point that out. Highly recommend. When I go out on assignments I usually take a back up cowbell too, you can't take chances when it comes to cowbell. Borrowlenses is the only place that will let you try it out...but I know you'll buy one soon enough. You can always get your backup from them though. Be prepared. More cowbell.

Outdoor Media: This just made my day... you can never have enough cow bell on any project.
Red Dog: THIS is exactly wy BorrowLenses is my 'go to' site for all types of production rentals. Where else can you rent a complete production set-up? Everyone else forgets the little things that help your final product stand out from the crowd. We usually run two of these for a complete stereo effect. Our next production we are moving up to 5.1 surround, so we need to figure out how to rent 5.1 of these bad boys...
