The White Lightning 1320W/s X1600 Flash is a versatile flash unit that is suitable for studio shooting. It is made of high-impact aircraft-grade aluminum and can take a beating out in the field. The power level is controlled easily with a sliding lever and the spring-loaded claw-style mounting apparatus connects easily to the Paul C. Buff Rotating Speedring, which accepts a variety of rod-based modifiers (not included). This flash pairs well with other Paul C. Buff flashes, such as the Einstein or other White Lightning flashes. It has a relatively slow recycling time compared to other White Lightnings but it boasts nearly the same amount of power in 1 head as many of our monolight kits have with multiple heads. Note, also, that at nearly 10 lbs this flash is heavy and may not be suited for field work for that reason.
