Description: The Sony NEX-VG10 Interchangeable Lens Handycam is one of few video cameras that feature a large sensor allowing for low depth of field video for a cinematic feel. The camera offers 8 white balance modes and a 25 point autofocus system. There are many hybrid DSLR/HD video cameras in the market but most of them start with a DSLR body and offer video as an extra. This camera takes the opposite route. It offers the ergonomics and stabilization of traditional video-cameras and adds the ability to take 14 megapixel stills at 7 frames per second. It also allows for creative style modes and auto HDR photos that you can take with one click and no post processing. The camera features a Quad Capsule Spatial Array Stereo Microphone built-in with the ability to adjust each of the four stereo capsules to your specific audio needs. If that doesn't work for you there is an input for plugging in external microphones and mounting them onto the hot shoe. There is also a headphone input to keep precise control over your audio levels. The camera has a HDMI output for viewing your video on a compatible HDTV or on a external monitor. The included 18-200mm OSS zoom features a silent autofocus and optical image stabilization giving you smooth and stabilized video even at 200mm.
