Note: This item requires one EN-EL3 battery for operation and it is included along with a charger with your rental. The battery will last about 2 hours or so with the auto-off function enabled.

The Nikon WT-4a Wireless Transmitter is for the D3/S/X, D700 and D300, D300s and it allows for wireless transfer of images taken over either a wireless network (with FTP software), ad-hoc (directly to a computer) or wired Ethernet connection. This handy little unit works up to about 100 feet or so as long as you have line of sight, and transfers images fairly quickly too. It can send RAW files, RAW and JPEG, or JPEG only.

• Supports wireless LAN conforming to IEEE 802.11b/g, IEEE 802.11a, (WiFi a/b/g) and wired LAN configurations.
